These 2-3 day events offer engaging classroom presentations by factory-trained instructors, interactive hands-on training, and the opportunity for factory tours and training at our Rail Systems Factory. Additionally, you'll participate in valuable collaborative sessions with industry peers from across North America. KE ACADEMY Training We provide accessible online training seminars, where customers can easily sign up and join remotely with guidance from our factory-trained instructors. Interactive Q&A sessions are encouraged, and all webinars are recorded for on-demand viewing, saving on travel expenses. We commit to hosting a minimum of two new webinars each month while maintaining a comprehensive library for convenient, anytime access. EMERGENCY Support We are available 24/7/365 for remote support, including after-hours and holidays for emergency situations. If your system or equipment has remote access capability, our technicians are able to login and provide support. (Software Programmers may not be available outside regular business hours for emergency support. Service limits may apply if access to system server is not available) SERVICE Review Our Service Review involves focused discussions between your key personnel and our Customer Success Representative. The main goal is to evaluate effective aspects, identify areas for improvement, and address any pending issues. We also explore ways to enhance our service for your team. After each review, you'll receive a detailed report with meeting minutes, action items, and next steps.
